Last Sunday the 20th, we went to Deurne, in Antwerp, to visit one of Kunst In Huis workshops in its “Open Atelierdag”.

Last 18th we went to Futurart to see the opening of a collective exhibition with artists like Denis Keller, Nadia de Milewski, Delphine Notte, Jean-Luc Strea, Béatrice Vautrin-Gardinier or Nathalie Rouschop. I have to say we were impressed with the space: quite flexible, wide and well-lit… full of possibilities!

Until tomorrow the 18th, Cimatics brings you an extensive overview of what’s taking place at the crossroads of sound, image, media, design, cinema and performance art. Ignoring the borders of diverse disciplines, the festival combines sound and visuals, mixing art with pop into a celebration of audiovisual culture.

I heard about it some years ago when I was studying in Transmedia. Philips was investigating about it. Now it’s real and works! Really amazing. I just try imagine what possibilities in terms of design it opens.
