Last Friday I got possitivelly impressed. We were invited to see in Gent at De Centrale what I realized was an amazing performance of Livingstone, an audiovisual event with great jazz music and video projections, bringing feelings out directly from the deepest side of ourselves. All of it for the release of their brand new DVD with video and music.
As the same time the big band played on the stage, video was shot life, mixed and projected behind them. All surrounded by the same spirit: intercultural sounds, the "nomade", the search, the travel… From orient to south-mediterranean countries, from southamerica to New York…

Thomas Noël, photografer, musician, let's say multidisciplinar artist and responsable of this project, has been collecting experiences, images, flavours… to mix and spread them on the stage. With a group of great musicians and stablished as non profit organization, Livingstone is more than a simple group. It aims to become a meeting point for people interested about art. In What's on Art we are, that is why this is just the begining of a collabotation between them and us. There's still so much to do!
